Product Inspection Period

A 3-day inspection period (including holidays) begins from the date you receive the product. This excludes items that are exempt from the 7-day inspection period under the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Cancellation Rights," such as perishable goods, items with short expiration dates (near expiry at time of return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, opened audio-visual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, and opened personal hygiene products.

For return requests, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide your "name," "order number," "contact number," "name of return item," "reason for return and photos." Our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Policy

Returned items must be unused and free from non-manufacturing defects, damage, or malfunction. The 3-day inspection period protected by consumer law is for decision-making purposes only, not a trial period. If specified by our store, please keep the original packaging intact (including outer box), otherwise returns will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Beyond the 3-day inspection period
  • Products that have been opened/used or damaged due to human factors (stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, dirt)
  • Incomplete packaging, missing invoice or accessories
  • Malicious or bulk returns

Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm return eligibility → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact information, and address → Store-appointed logistics will collect the item

Refund Information

  • Credit card payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment card
  • Cash on delivery: Refund will be transferred to your provided bank account

Exchange Policy

When both parties agree to an exchange, please process the return for the original order and place a new order with the store. We will only issue an invoice and collect/refund any price difference. If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
